This is a drawing of the Fallen Hearts. The rose symbolizes the love, it also turns into a dagger showing that that love was betrayed. The two different wings represent the good and evil in all of us, while the piecing shows us that we are all bound in an endless circle which nothing can break. The blood shows that we are human and bleed just like everybody else.
